Facebook tests some changes to how they bill advertisers

It has come to our attention that Facebook is doing a small test to see if they can improve the way they bill their advertisers. Currently, for most advertisers, Facebook bills them each day for what they spend. For those select advertisers that they are doing this test with, they will now be billed each time they reach their billing threshold. For those that don’t reach their threshold they will be billed at the end of the month. While the change isn’t really a big one, it does seem like Facebook is trying to simplify things for its advertisers as they continue to monetize their social networking platform.

Email to advertisers

The change should make those spending alot per day very happy, or at least whoever handles the books for those advertisers. Have you received one of these notices? What do you think?
